lighthouse

Polaroid 600
Film: 600

This is an oldie, but goodie from my stash. We love this place. The lighthouses that line the North Carolina coast called the Outer Banks. This is Cape Hatteras. Moved from its spot, to its present location in 1999. The trees around the place are broken, splintered and still recovering from Hurricane Isabel. They are about to get a wallop from tropical storm Hanna. And then possibly Hurricane Ike. Ugh.

Poor trees. Are there always that many hurricanes and storms in that area ?
