trick or treat | Friday, October 31st, 2008 My fondest memories of Halloween include the story of Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman and running around the neighborhood with pillow cases full of candy. And now, it's watching our children dress up and say 'Trick of Treat,' carving pumpkins (well the adults do the carving still) and my oldest informing me she wanted the spiderweb design on hers. Oh yes, a spiderweb with spider on a pumpkin. My hand hurt after that. But it was all worth it to see her face glow, watching her pumpkin come alive with a little candle. Happy Halloween friends!
